Our products are sourced from the best Australian manufacturers and wholesalers. This means that a lot of our goods will be sent out to you from different warehouses. We could have all of our products in a single warehouse, but that would increase costs and we would rather pass savings onto you.
Unfortunately we do not allow pickup up. We have distribution centres throughout Australia and your order could be dispatched from a number of these centres.

Adding to or changing your existing order is no problem providing that your order has not already been processed or dispatched. If you would like to add to or change your order you will simply need to email us to arrange. We will also need to manually adjust the total amount of your order, you may be asked to provide details of your payment method so that we can make the appropriate changes
We understand that sometimes your situation can change. We are happy to offer a full refund if we have not yet processed or mailed your order. Usually if can provide a notice of cancellation within 24 hours of order placement we can accommodate you. Please contact us to arrange cancellation.
Need to know more about a particular product? No problem, just email your query through. We do our best to respond to your emails within 24 hours, except on non-business days where you may need to wait until the next business day for a response. It is important that we hear from you as we also need to know what specific details customers look for. It helps us make the product descriptions on our site more detailed.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be sent from the warehouse and 14 business days maximum for your order to arrive. Delivery times to rural areas may vary.
For larger items we need to use a different freight company. Sometimes prices can vary so we would rather you keep any extra money in your pocket where possible.
Yes, every parcel sent comes with tracking. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email advising that your order is on the way with a tracking number.
It depends on which courier your parcel is sent with. * Australia Post will give you 10 business days to collect your parcel from the Post Office before returning it to the sender. * Sendle will leave a card to arrange a suitable time for drop off if you are not home when they first attempt to deliver your parcel. If they don’t hear from you within 5 days they will return it to the sender. If your parcel is returned to us the buyer is responsible for postage costs when sending it out again. Note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you leave a PO Box as your address we will contact you to arrange another appropriate address. If we don't hear from you, your order will be refunded.
